Eccentric Artist

DSC023301
By a route obscure and lonely,
Haunted by ill angels only,
Where an Eidolon, named Night,
On a black throne reigns upright,
I have wandered home but newly
From this ultimate dim Thule.

E.A. Poe

The artist is a mad mystic, a weird loner and an eccentric original. Although he likes cats and therefore all the above must be forgiven.

He writes poetry since he learned how to use letters. He published his first tome of poetry at the age of seventeen. He studied at University and graduated from both: Polish literature and Literature. He also continuously self educates himself in culture studies, religion studies, psychology, symbolism, esthetics, mythology and ethnology. He has also published few essays  on symbolism in language. He is a true follower of the Theory of Reception and he worships the Holy Derrida and the Blessed Rorty. He has a tendency of sometimes be a bit of a postmodernist and a holist when he is not being something else. At all times he remains totally oblivious of fashions and trends in the society. Being a full on supporter of the principals of transpersonal psychology, he experiments on himself and anyone who is willing.

One of his beliefs is that art is a way to sacrum, although that sacrum sometimes as teeth.., and bites horribly.

For the time being he suspended his academic career in order to focus more on spiritual and artistic development. The idea itself was a bit insane but turned to be quite effective. He finds inspiration in dreams as well as in altered and often rather weird states of mind. He finds the influence of symbols on subconsciousness, consciousness ad spirit  rather fascinating. That is the reason why he is not going to write in a way that is easy to understand or has too much to do with folklore. What is more he is determined to write poetry that will include enough complexity to realize his own artistic concepts. The reader is the person responsible for his own reception and interpretation – therefore all complaints are to be ignored.

All readers remember:

You read at your own risk.
